I would complain about the service of Metro Taxi Company.
I was astonished last night when I made the call to order a taxi.
I am pregnant for nine months, and really did need the taxi, were nine hours of the night. Then i call a lady in a very rude and moody answered, I explained that I needed the taxi in front of the Juice box, I was already there when I called and waited, after fifteen minutes, I called again and asked if the driver was already underway, or had the wrong address, she was very stupid and told me to stay where he was the taxi driver was already under way. After another 15 minutes, I called again and she said the taxi driver stayed in it and waited for me 10 minutes and left. But I do not get out of it, and I’m sure no taxi came, so I asked her to send another, and knows what she said? that would not have any more taxi …
as a person providing service can behave this way?
I never saw it in my life, someone so mediocre and selfish thinking only itself.
I am outraged by her attitude, I was really upset yesterday, and I think that a case would be the best option to be able to redo my psychological state, as I was very upset, I cried too, was a horrible humiliation.
If you have any lawyer willing to enter the case, thanks.
Looks like Metro Taxi has problems with english speaking people, because about a month ago some neighbours who ware from US ordered Metro Taxi and also had problems with them – never got it and the operator was very rude on the phone…
Ne vem kako lahko taki šalabajzerji sploh poslujejo… Poleg tega pa še mečejo slabo luč na Slovenijo…

Fernanda, unfortunately the level of service in Slovenia is realy low, people like this realy throw a bad light on us…. But unfortunately they’re usually now even Slovene – just working here …

I do not know why people are constantly calling this Taxi Metro. Everybody knows that they are lowest possible prossional taxi company and people keep calling them. Fortunately there is a lot of competetive taxi companies which you can grab for affordable price.
You are just making them profit with such a way of thinking.
because they are the best taxi company in Ljubljana, fast, cheap, and they very well know ljubljana streets
And finaly other company taxi i mean , also have sam problem and have employeed who dont have any idea bout street in Ljubljana or even bout english language, becaus ethey are from ex Yugoslavia countrys

no i am not taxi driver even not working for any taxi company but i have a lot of friends in that company and i know rules …how it works all together and etc …and TableD you should say how it is in your country with taxi drivers …same shit you know that …but you dont use it because in your country Taxi is very exepensive so….you dont have that money Cheers DUDE
Dude, I saw so much worldwide that you will not able to see in whole your life and I can guarantee that Taxi Metro is the worst taxi company I have ever seen. I am talking from my own expiriences, not from rumors. It happened once that ordered Taxi escape just in fron of me when I was trying to open the door. When I called to HQ, woman was so rude that I could not even normally talk to her. Same expiriences as fernenda introduced. So do not tell me that they are professional and kind.
This woman in the central is ALWAYS rude and ignorant. Even on her good days! She even yells at drivers for nothing really!!
Metro used to be a good company, now they suck ass big time!!!
Someone should sue them and the crazy chick on the phone!!!
